Atmel9260 Core Module (QY-9260P)
Core Moduleis designed by 6-floor PCB; the volume is only card size; together with CPU, SDRAM, NandFlash, DataFLash, network; 3.3V dc power supply, low power consumption; 2-wire 2*30P connectors lead various commonly used interfaces; suitable for the customers those who not plan to design CPU board by themselves next develop.

◆ With 8KB instructions, data buffer, 200MHz, 210MIPS operation performance;
◆ 3.3V NAND FLASH, batch use, cost less;
◆ Up to 7-wire serial ports, 3-wire USB, SPI, counter, timer, etc.
◆ CSI image sensor interface, convenient to develop in video industry application;
◆ Could connect digital LCD(256 kinds of colors) through bus;
◆ 3.3V Dc power supply, power consumption less than 1W;
◆ Support Windows CE 5.0Linux2.6.
