Manufacturing process:Generally stamp by high-speed progressive tooling, then weld the laminations, large size cores can be realized by simple tooling stamping and welding; Product Features:Good flatness, parallelism, perpendicularity of cores, and cores are with good consistency; Raw Material:Select the raw material grade according to customer requirements, such as 50W400, 50W470, 50W600, 50W800、65W1000 and other silicon steel grade;We can discuss with Steel Mill (BAO STEEL, TISCO, SHOU STEEL, WISCO etc) to custom-made special material with specific performance.
