6) Double Peak Solder Furnace
The furnace is made of 316 stainless steel, which can effectively prevent the corrosion of the furnace in the long-term use, and will not cause leakage of tin inside the tank.
(1) The special design of the spray nozzle of the furnace, the width of the PCB can be freely adjusted, and it is the ideal design for lead-free welding at present;
(2) The adjustment in the tank can make the single-side wave smoothly realized. Jet crest can effectively realize the spot welding of SMD components;
(3)Adopting imported electronic frequency control to regulate the amount of sprayed tin and adjust the peak height;
(4) The use of special anti-oxidation furnace bile structure to effectively prevent the formation and accumulation of semi-oxide, the amount of tin oxide can be greatly reduced;
(5) Furnace furnace uses an external heating plate structure, which can reduce the amount of tin installed in the furnace, and can reduce the solder joints of the furnace and prevent leakage of tin;
