Air Suspension Bearing:
Air suspension bearings use air buoyancy instead of lubricating oil, and use the surrounding air instead of lubricating oil, so they can operate at higher temperatures and high speeds. The advantages of air suspension bearings are flexible start-up and low-cost operation, no mechanical friction, no lubricating oil, no vibration, low noise, and long life.
When the blower starts, the bearing is in contact with the shaft, and when it reaches the take-off speed, the bearing and the shaft are non-contact, frictionless, and the rotor is in a suspended state.
Widely used in aeration, pressurization, gas transportation, drying extraction, purification, vacuum packaging, solution recovery, gas phase separation and other processes in various industries
