GREAT has customized manufacture several types of roller bit. It is including 90 ° U-shaped Roller Bit, 120 ° U-shaped Roller Bit. All these two types have designed Starry Sky Roller Bit.
The cones designed more full insert than traditional tricone bit cutter.
But also we have designed roller bit with foundation, it can replaceable the roller bit, in this case, you will not worry welding on the rock reamers .High precision bearing surface heat treatment adopts advanced heat treatment technology to improve bearing bearing capacity and service life.
So it is including No.1, No.2, No.3 Cone cutters.
The Roller bit mainly used for Rock reamer (Hole opener) For HDD (Horizontal directional drilling ) Trenchless technology. But also used for Core barrel with roller bit, like pile foundation project.
