Solder Paste Printer

One of the most important parts of the surface mount assembly process is the application of solder paste to the pcb smt assembly machine. The aim of this process is to accurately deposit the correct amount onto each of the pads to be soldered. This is achieved by screen-printing the solder paste through a stencil or foil but also can be applied by jet printing. It is widely believed that this part of the process, if not controlled correctly, accounts for the many assembly defects.
Printing is a very simple process, PCB with steel plate or screen to keep a certain distance above or contact completely, material under the action of scraper will flow through the surface of the steel plate or screen, and fill the incision, such material is sticky on the surface of the PCB, and then separate the PCB and wire or steel plate, as to leave on the PCB material composed of the image.
In semi-automatic solder printing machine, solder paste is manually placed on a steel plate or screen, and the spatula is at the other end of the template. In a fully automatic solder paste press, the solder paste is distributed automatically. Semi-automatic solder printing machine is the most widely used printing equipment. Most electronics manufacturers on the market now choose automatic or fully automatic solder printing machines to produce SMT products. The main difference between the automatic and semi-automatic solder paste printing machine is PCB positioning.
