Automatic screwing tightening fastening machine for electric toothbrush
Features:
1)It adopts the design of table with two slipping station structure,The left station and right station works alternately.The machine will start to assemble the screw after the left station stays in working area,At the same time,The right station stays in the waiting area,The operator can take out the finished electric toothbrush,Then place the semi-finished electric toothbrushinto the fixture.
2)This set automatic screwing machine adopts two spindles screwing system,It can assemble 2 screws per time,So the productivity can be improved for 2 times.
3)Huge screw feeder can hold 2000~2500 pcs of screws one times.So you should never need to worry the matter of lacking screws during production any more.
4)Equipped with the LED touch screen which can display the alarm in real time,So it is very convenient for operator to find and solve the problem in a short time.
5） The machine owns the function as the following:Quantity statistics(OK amount and NG amount),thread slip detection,floating detection,screw omission detection etc.
6) Adopt the ASA brand electric screwdriver especial for automation as the driver,Torsion outputs stably,Which can ensure a perfect assembling quality.
