Deaerator is one of the key equipment of the boiler and heat supplying system. If the deoxidization ability of deaeartor is poor, it will cause serious damage to the boiler water feed pipe, economizer and other accessory equipment, the economic losses of the damage caused by this is tens or hundred times than the value of deaerator, so the national power department issued part of standards for the oxygen content of the deaerator. The deaerator mainly consists of deaerating tower head, deaerating water tank, pipe and connector. Its main part of deaerator (deaerating tower head) consists of the shell, water steam separator, new model rotary film device(water membrane generating pipe), water comb, liquid steam net of thermal storage gland.
