Inductors
Inductors are one of the basic electrical components commonly used in electrical circuits. Typically, an inductor consists of an electrical conductor wound into a coil, often including an iron core. When current flows through an inductor, it stores energy in a magnetic field. This magnetic field induces an electromotive force (in the form of voltage) that resists any change in current flow. Inductors are common in RF systems where they conduct current and reduce feedback and interference. In an electrical circuit, an inductor is crucial for controlling the flow of electricity.
