A complete filtration system in a clean room normally composed by the segments of pre-filter and HEPA or ULPA filter. The pre-filters have lower efficiency to remove relatively larger particles in the air which employed from outside environment. Air systems supplying air to clean areas should have HEPA or ULPA filters to prevent fine contaminants in order to reach certain air quality levels.
