Temperaturesensorpairarerespectivelymountedonthepipeoftheheattransferloopinletandoutlet,whiletheflowsensorismountedontheinletoroutletpipe.Theflowsensorsendsoutflowsignal.Thetemperaturesensorpairprovideinletandoutlettemperaturesignal.Thecalculatorcollectsflowsignalandtemperaturesignalanddisplaystheheatvaluereleasedbytheheatingmediumflowingfrominlettooutlet,aftercalculating.

- AdoptingGermanyceramicfilmplatinumthermalresistancechip(withquitesmallsize,long-termstabilityandhighaccuracyinawiderange)preciselyfittedwithmachinedparts.Vibrationresistance,hightemperatureresistance,goodstability,highaccuracy,elegantappearance.
- Intrinsicerror:commonlyadoptingClassBplatinumtemperaturesensor,theintrinsicerroris±(0.3+0.5%|T|),ClassA±(0.15+0.2%|T|)alsocanbeselected.
- Temperaturedifferenceerror:adoptingautomaticpairingsoftwaresystem,proceedingmultipletemperaturepointsmeasurementandpairing.Inthedetectingsection,thepairederroriscontrolled≤0.029℃toensureinanycircumstancestheerrorbetweenthetwotemperaturesensorpairwillnotexceedtheindustrystandard≤0.1℃.
- Temperaturerange:0℃~105℃or-40℃~150℃,accuracyisClassAorB.
- Adoptingimportedhighperformancethermallyconductivesiliconandtinnedall-copperwire,withhighsensitivitytoensurefastandconsistentthermalresponse,quickresponseandthermalconductiveperformancebetterthanthatofgeneralwires.
- Adoptingrollingsealedconnectiontoensurecasingpipestrengthandlong-termworkingreliability,withgoodinsulationsealingperformance,mechanicalshockresistance,bendingresistanceandhighreliability.
- Canbecustomizedaccordingtomountingconditionsforeasilymounting(includingwirelength,striplength,etc.).

PT1000temperaturesensorinstructions:
- Temperaturesensorofultrasonicheatmeterhastwopieces(inletandoutlet).Theonewithredlabelshouldbemountedoninletpipe,whiletheotheronewithbluelabelshouldbemountedonoutletpipe.Mountingpositionofthetemperatureprobeshouldbeinthecenterofthepipelinecross-section.
- Standardwirelengthoftemperaturesensoris1.5m,anditcanbelengthenedaccordingtoactuallengthincaseofspecialsituationwhenmounting,butthemanufacturemustbeinformedbeforeordering,andtheleadingwirecannotbecasuallyincreasedordecreased.
