Vulcanized Fiber Rod
The vulcanized fiber rod is made of paper core. The paper core shaft is treated with zinc chloride to reach the specified wall thickness. They are then cleaned, dried, rolled, ground and ground to obtain the desired inside and outside diameters. The density of vulcanized fiber tube is about 1.40 g/cm3. It has good physical and mechanical properties, dielectric strength, ARC RESISTANCE AND ARC extinguishing performance. Due to its excellent processability, the vulcanized fiber tube can be polished, rolled, coiled, tapped, rotated and rotated. The main applications that are easy to manufacture into a variety of products are fuse boxes, high-voltage fuses, bushings, lightning rods, bushings, insulators and bushings. Colour: Grey, black, red and white, standard length 30"42"and 48". Tube sizes range from 3 to 100 mm.
