The Difference of JUKI NF ATF CTF FTF Feeder and their suitable Machine Models?
1.JUKI NF Feeder NF8X2,NF8X4,NF12,NF16,NF32,NF44,NF56 mainly used in JUKI KE730 KE740 KE750 KE760 placement machine.
2. JUKI ATF Feeder is a new type Feeder, developed by Japanese JUKI manufacturers for high-speed placement machines above KE2070.
Due to the convenient use of the Feeder, it can realize non-stop refueling, and the waste plastic tape and paper tape automatically droop into the waste box without a reel wheel.
In the early days of the launch of ATF Feeder, there was a frequent cassette phenomenon, and the waste plastic tape could not be exported normally.
JUKI followed up to solve this problem, and now the ATF Feeder on the market has completely solved it.
ATF Feeder at first have AF03HP, AF05HP, AF081E, AF081P and other models.
At present, ATF feeder has been developed and produced to AF32MM.
3. JUKI CTF Feeder is an old type Feeder, developed by JUKI based on KE2050 KE2060 and FX-1.
The Feeder is easy to use, the waste plastic belt rolls through the reel, and the paper tape automatically hangs into the waste box.
CTF model have the highest market share, good reputation and stable quality.
CF03HP paste 0201 components.
CF05HP is 8x2mm and 0402 Components.
CF081E and CF081P for pasting 0603.
Now JUKI has updated CTF to CTFR.
4.FTF Feeder is the general name of all mechanical Feeder from 12MM (including 12MM) to 72mm.
At present, nearly 70% is FTF type in the domestic market.
This Feeder also wins a very good reputation among customers because of its stable quality.
