Full-auto fruit juice processing and filling machine
Description:
The machine is introduced washing ,filling ,capping function in one.
Rinsing part -- The spring clamp is adopted to hang the bottleneck. The bottles will be turned 180° along the guide rail and the spray valve will open to rinse the water into bottles and clean bottles without dead angle. All the touch material is made of food grade stainless steel.
Filling part -- There is clamp to hang bottles and transfer bottles during filling. With clampping bottles we just need to adjust the working table to be suitable for different bottle size. The back flow technology is introduced to avoid leakage and 2nd pollution of filling material.
Capping part -- The magnetic torque is used for screwing caps. The power of screwing caps can be fixed and the caps will not be damaged, the sealing quality.
The no bottle , no caps, no running system is introduced.
