Automatic Rotary Table High Frequency PET Blister Packaging Machine
8KW Auto Radio Frequency PET Packaging Machine Applications PET blister welding and cutting hot bag welding and cutting shoe cover embossingTPU welding and cutting Fabric(coated with pvc or tpu ) Welding and cutting Machine overview DXZPRQ rotary series high frequency welding machines have four stations. The welder output power from 8kw to 25kw. This series HF Welder is made for production in various industries: packaging,Website: etc. This turntable high frequency machine have 4 stations : Station 1 : the work put the product into the blister (blister to blister , product and cardboard in the middle ) Station 2 : The machine welding head welding the PET blister Station 3: The cutting head cut the edge of the blister Station 4: Take out the finished product automatically by vacuum chuck. The turntable is equipped with special high precision rotary indexing gear controlled by frequency inverter. DXZPRQ series also mounted a air tank to ensure the air flow stable when the machine producing . The newest third edition machine one cycle working time about 5.8-6.5s ( include welding and cutting time ), welding ,cutting and the finished products take out stations can work at the same time. Thanks to these functions, the machine have fast packaging speed . About 1700pcs/hour (4cavities tooling).Machine also equipped with quick change electrode holder. DAVISON have own tooling department which can design and make any electrode and die required for any demanding production needs.Features:Rotating speed adjustable Production speed: 5-8s /to next weld ( 4 cavities ,produce quantity about 1700 pcs/hour ) , save laborCustomized size work platensWelding and cutting can finished in one machine ( especially for PET ) Lower the cost of the tooling ( the tooling life time about 15 times longer than in the normal machine using) Technical DataModel DXZPRQ8-4-4AStations 4Output power 8KWVoltage 3 phases 380VPressure max to (welding) 500kgsPressure max to (cutting) 1500kgsDiameter of turntable 1000mmMachine Dimension 2500*1300*2100mmN.W 1300kgs
