DXDF-500 DXDF-1000 Powder Packaging Machine It is suitable for the big package of powder products. The bag size and filling range are adjustable, controlled by inter computer. All the processes of bag-making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and counting and heat printing codes can be done automatically. Sealing Type can be Pillow bag/Three sides sealing/Four sides sealing. Packing material: PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PP/NYLON and other lamination heatable sealing material. Product Principal Features: Full synchronization with various filling systems to Form, Fill & Seal quickly and accurately. Automatic self centering film feeding system. Automatic and accurate tracking of film by photo sensor. Quick release loading film reel mandrel mechanism. Adjustable sequencing of each operation to increase speed and efficiency. Independent temperature controller for each sealing jaw. Easy to change bag size by changing former.
