This series of Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher has much less trouble, and operating ratio is increased more than 85%, so the whole cost is reduced greatly.Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crushing has combined the technology of crushing machinery, hydraulic, electrical, automation and intelligent control.Combined with modern industrial technology.4、Working Principle：Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crushing is mainly combined of six parts: upper frame body, lower frame body, movable cone, eccentric sleeve, transmission part and hydraulic cylinder. The horizontal shaft driven by motor makes eccentric sleeve rotating via the gear, then the eccentric sleeve drives the movable cone rotating to realize continuous stone extrusion. Crushing process is completed between the fixed cone and eccentric rotating moving cone. Horizontal axis of crusher is driven by motor through the V-belt, the horizontal axis drives the eccentric cover by the gear. Eccentric cover makes main shaft rotate to cause eccentricity. Materials enter crushing chamber through upper inlet of crusher, and crushed products are discharged out through the lower outlet.5、Product Features：1.
