The machine will remove the caps automatically. To make sure the following working process will be smooth.2.BrusherThe machine is to brush the external of the bottles. There always are some labels and stains. The machine can remove some part of labels and stains. The machine is blocked to avoid water leakage.3.WasherThe washing part is divided into 8 part. To make sure the washing efficiency, the washing time will last 8 sec. for each part.Final the clean water will be sprayed into bottles to wash up the residual of thimerosal. The thimerosal is circulation so the consumption is low.4.Filling partThe gallon bottle will be filled with water in high pressure and the filling precission will be within 1mm.5.Cap feederThe cap feeder is used to feed caps into the capping position. Caps are pulled into the bowl manually, and they are lifted up by the elevator. Caps will be arranged by the sorter.
