1. Raw Material Conveying:
The 20-40mm limestone on the stock ground is sent to storage silo by the B1000 belt conveyor with large inclination. In the storage silo, qualified limestone with granularity more than 10mm will be sent to the gravel silo, while limestone with particle size less than 10mm will be conveyed to the powder silo.
2. Limestone Calcining:
The limestone calcining system is mainly made up of ф10.5×8.5m vertical preheater, ф4.0×60m rotary kiln and vertical coolder whose output is 600t/d and heat consumption of 5.75GJ/t. Limestone inside the preheater is heated by high-temperature gases from rotary kiln to 600-800℃, at which temperature limestone can be partly decomposed. Then the limestone will be sent by 12 hydraulic push rods to the kiln end, where it will undergo high-temperature calcination before sent to the vertical cooler. The processed limestone will be cooled down by cold air to 65℃. Air from the vertical cooler enters into the rotary kiln as the second air to take part in calcining process.
3. Finished Product Conveying:
The final lime will be sent to the storage bin for final products by NE500 bucket elevator. After screening, qualified lime whose particle size is more than 5mm will be sent to storage for active lime, while powder lime whose size is less than 5mm will be sent to storage bin for powder.
4. Gas Treating:
High-temperature gases from rotary kiln will do heat exchange with limestone inside the preheater, and after that, the temperature of these gases will reduce to lower 280℃. Then these gases will be cooled down by multi-tube cooler to 200℃ lower. Finally, they enter into the bag filer before discharged into the atmosphere. Main Components of 600tpd Active Lime Production Line: Equipments of 1000tpd active lime production line process Jiangsu Pengfei Group manufactures the complete equipment of 1000tpd active lime production line process, carry on the design of process proposal about the three main machine equipments as rotary kiln, shaft pre0heater, shaft cooler and electric control system according to the requirements of the customers, and meanwhile supply the matched refractory materials.Process: In the pre-heater limestone is heated into 900 degree Celsius or so by the 1150 degree smoke from kiln, and then is pushed into rotary kiln by the hydraulic push rod, Limestone is decomposed into CaO and CO2 after calcination in the rotary kiln. After decomposing created limestone enters into cooler, in the cooler is cooled into under100 degree Celsius and then is discharged by the cooling air. Through 600 degree Celsius heat air enters into kiln and mix and burn with the coal gas, waste gas will add cooling air and then through induced draft fan enter into bag filter, at last is discharged into chimney through exhaust fan. Limestone out from cooler is conveyed into limestone silo by vibrating feeder, chain bucket elevator, belt conveyor. Shaft pre-heater and shaft cooler lime rotary kiln introduce and digest the active lime calcining equipments developed by the advance technology all over the world. The technical features of active lime production line:1.Advanced structure, the shaft pre-heater efficiently improve pre-heating effect, through pre-heating limestone decomposing rate fed into kiln can reach 20-25%, can directly use 10-15mm fine-graded limestone.2.Two ends of rotary kiln adopt combined type flake sealing, air leakage factor is less than 10% reduces radiation heat loss.3.Round or square shaft cooler, makes lime temperature from cooler is 800C+ambient temperature,convenient for transportation, storage, it can pre-heat the secondary air fed into kiln to above 7000C, reduces movable parts and special materials.
