KS High Temperature High Pressure Hank Yarn Dyeing MachineCHARACTERISTICS
KS series High Temperature Hank Yarn Jet Dyeing Machine are suitable for bleaching,Website:, boiling, dyeing, rinsing and after treatment for polyester, floss, silk, nylon, etc in hank yarn form.
The machine adopts advanced designed circulation pump of low energy consumption to reduce the dyeing costs greatly. And its high flow rate and low lift ensures minimize damages to the hank yarn.
The new spraying pipe, dyeing pipe and the yarn overturning device is integrated into an organic whole, thus to prevent the dyed yarn from inter winding or knotting. The yarn after dyeing can be easily unloaded for low loss.
Specially designed water yield adjustor is used for free adjusting of water as the dyeing capacity, yarn counts, or type.
The machine structure is optimized for low ratio and costs saving.STANDARD STRUCTURE FOR AUTOMATIC MODEL
Machine body is made of high quality corrosion resistant stainless steel.
The jet pipe is made of highly corrosion resistant SUS-316L stainless steel.
High efficient stainless steel mixed stirrer, heating, liquor returning, rinsing and cleaning devices.
Additions tank with mixing stirrer, heating, liquor returning, and feeding functions.
