3L - 10L large bottle pure water production line DescriptionThe whole equipment is cover by glass and stainless steel case.Bottles arranged by bottle unscrambler enter into filling equipment trough air conveyor. In the equipment ,empty bottles are washed by flushing water into bottles. Then bottles are sent into filling part by wheel. Filled bottles enter into capping part, grippers catch bottles and screw (or press) caps onto the bottleneck. After this operation ,bottles enter into next working process by conveyor.We can control the speed of the whole operation by touching the screen. It is easy to operate. We can also provide the following production equipment such as labeling machine ,code printing machine ,wrapping machine.
