Sandry resin sand reclamation and molding line--vibrating table Product Description Vibrating table In order to reduce the labor intensity, improve productivity, the resin sand molding line usually adopts vibrating table. Our factory can produce various types vibrating table(including three-dimension type, one-dimension type, rubber spring type, air-press spring, table lifting type and fixed type). It can be single used, also can be used in the molding line. The table size and bearing capacity is decided by client's work pieces. The Max capacity can reach at 5m*3m. Composition It is mainly composed of a working table, a base, vibration motor, air spring, a driving wheel, driven wheel, the exciting force of the vibrating motor, vibration tome on-site to determine, through the vibration of the motor vibration cause sand compactness. Application: It applies to the compaction of the resin sand, sodium silicate sand in molding &core making, iron shot shell molding, vacuum molding, foam molding. Features: 1. Compact and rational structure, user-friendly with extensive operation scope. 2. User air spring or anti-vibration rubber pad to support exciting device to ensure stable operation. 3. Exciting force can be adjusted according to process requirement.
