ZP45 Rotary Tablet Press
This machine is a new intelligent tablet press. Designed for producing complicated material such as Chinese traditional medicine in high efficiency.Utilize the PLC and touch screen,Website:, capable of displaying the speed of rotary table; setting the pressure, filling depth, pre-pressing and main pressing tablet thickness as well as production amount on the screen.Instant pressure and ejecting force of every punch can be displayed. Average pressure can be set. Different data such as name, batch name as well as produce time can be displayed. The speed of force feeder impeller can be shown.Equipped with overload protection device, overpressure protection as well as emergency stop device. The above problems can be shown and recorded.ZPS is also equipped with USB interface to collect the production data every 10 minutes. Data can be downloaded and printed.Structure features:Double-pressing type, outputting tablets from both sides. Uses ZP punch dies, capable of pressing the particle raw material into circular tablets and odd shaped tablets of various sizes.It has double-pressing function, i.e., pre-pressing and main- pressing.Utilize the forced feeder easy to assemble and disassemble.Equipped with automatic lubrication system.Equipped with overload protection device. The machine can shut down automatically when the overpressure happens.Equipped with punch handing safety device, to ensure the operation security.The enclosing shield is fully enclosed, made of stainless steel.
