The main features of the process is non-contact welding. No stress and deformation will be caused by external force. Coaxial welding device usually multi-point light welding technology, minimizing the welding deformation on the coaxial device performance. Meantime, welding process time is short, with very high production efficiency the large-scale mass production has become possible.3.Equipment system components3.1 laser systemsWelding machine is adopting the solid-state lasers with working substance of Solid material, pulsed xenon lamp as the optical pump source. Solid-state laser generator consists of working material, the pump source, condenser chamber, an optical resonator, filter components and laser cooling power.3.2 Laser power supply systemPulse laser power supply is dedicated to the special pulse xenon lamp power supply power supply system,which is generally made of the charging circuit, energy storage unit and discharge circuit, trigger/precombustion circuit, logic control circuit and electric circuit of operation.3.3.Cooling system specially made for laser machinePatented design, cooled by double circulation, warmth control system can be controlled precisely. This cooling system is totally made of coil pipe structure of titanium alloy material. Evaporator,water tank and pump body and so one are all made of stainless steel and non-metal materials with good quality in order to keep water quality.
