Introduction to typical process flow for no-bake sand production The process flow for no-bake sand production is various depending on the workshop layout, process character and production requirement, which usually is made of used-sand reclamation, used-sand crashing and regeneration, used-sand pneumatic pick-up and temperature adjustment, sand transfer and mixing, etc. 1. Used-sand reclamation: Used sand and scattered sand after shaking out in shakeout machine is transferred by conveyor equipment(vibratory conveyor, belt conveyor, bucket elevator, etc) and stored in sand bucket. During the process, the metallic remaining in sand is removed by magnet separation equipment. 2. Used-sand crashing and regeneration: Sand block in sand storeroom is uniformly fed to the breaker by ration vibratory in-feeder, after being crashed and screened( with pre-regeneration function),further reclaims in different reclamation combination devices according to different technology requirement. The reclamation types mainly include impact reclamation, centrifugal and powerful friction reclamation,etc. The required defiling rate can be obtained by various combination according to technological requirements. The reclaimed sand is stored in hot sand funnel. 3. Used-sand pneumatic pickup and temperature adjustment: The hot used sand which contains lot of dust is uniformly spread by sand distributor. And the dust powder is removed by the dedust system after pneumatic pickup device each-step blasting. The used sand after dedust treatment enters in temperature adjustment device and moves downward uniformly and slowly under the flow regulator pan and simultaneously exchange heat with exchanging blade. After the sand being heated to required temperature, it is sent to regeneration funnel to store for future use. So, the reclamation operation of the used sand is accomplished. 4. The wet fresh sand and bag packed sand, after drying from three-time new-sand baking system, is fed into new-sand funnel by pneumatic conveyor for future use. 5. New/used sand ingredient: According to different technological requirement, the new/used sand ingredient can be conveyed after mixing in prescribed proportion or mixed in proportion after the new/used sand are conveyed to the sand funnel on the top of the mixer.
