INCLINED FORMERSPECIALTY PAPER MACHINE
The forming process of the inclined net shaper is divided into three functional sections: internet access, forming and dewatering.
The role of the Internet segment: accepting the slurry supply system to slurry, through the horizontal slurry, leveling the slurry flow, and the uniform speed, fiber-dispersed slurry is connected to the forming section.
The function of the forming section: dewatering the slurry from the net section into a wet paper sheet shaped by the fiber structure, and the water line is a sign that the forming section functions. The forming section is a functional area that directly determines the forming quality of the sheet, and is the technical core of the oblique mesh former design.
The function of the dewatering section: further dewatering the wet paper sheets whose fibers have been shaped, greatly improving the dryness of the nets, and reliably guiding the paper exiting portions.
