Single Axis Solar Tracker Kit with 12V Linear Actuator
This single axis tracker controllercan control the linear actuator to make the solar panel to follow the sunlight, Keep the solar panel always face the sunlight. It is the basic parts of the single axis solar tracker. It works with the linear actuator to improve the amount of power produced by a system by enhancing morning and afternoon performance. Our single axis solar tracker controller with smart weather detector, stop working in the cloudy day. Flat the solar panel during nighttime or rainy day.

Installation
1. Connect the bracket and the frame.
2. Connect the bracket and the Linear Actuator.
3. Assemble the solar panel.
4. Assemble the solar tracking controller and the Solar tracking sensor. Connection the power supply, then system starts working.
Important Notes
1. All Brackets and solar panels in the above pictures are only for reference. Please choose appropriate bracket according to the actual situation. (Such as solar panel dimension etc.)
2. Ensure that installation orientation of tracking sensor is consistent with bracket’s moving direction
3. When assembling actuator, ensure actuator’s position matches well with bracket’s actual angle.
4. If actuator’s moving direction is opposite to detected direction, please turn actuator by 180 degrees or change positive and negative position to power supply.
5. Power supply of controller can be directly connected to the battery of system, but please make sure battery is 12V (voltage of battery and controller must be consistent).
Safty Precaution Caution
Never approach a solar tracker while the solar tracker electronics are at work. It can move unexpectedly and the powerful linear actuator/motor can cause serious injury or death. Always disconnect the solar tracker electronics from its power supply before approaching the solar tracker.
