After the pulp molding process, a semi-finished pulp product with redundant water will be transferred by the transfer mold. We need to lower the moisture to get a qualified product that is more durable and resistant to hold various material such egg, fruit, fragile wine, medical care purpose etc. According to the market demand, we have four types pulp molded product dryer for option.
Sun drying: the most economic type;
Brick Kiln dryer: energy saving type;
Single-layer metal dryer: keep the working shop clean;
Multi-layer metal dryer: little space occupation.
Each types through air dryer paper machinewill assist you to get a dry paper pulp fiber product, just with some difference in efficiency, quality etc. When you choose the suitable dryer, the matters of environmental climate, work shop size, economic heating fuel resource, invest budget, final product size and quality required etc should be taken into consideration.
