Tension Leveler Unit
BOYA Tension leveleris the core equipment to leveling and shaping strip in cold rolling mill various process lines such as pickling line/pickling and tandem mill, Continue annealing line, galvanizing line, tinning line, color coating line, finishing lines etc. By stretching, bending and straightening the strip to solve strip surface defects, and improve the processing effect in each process section, BOYA tension levelers are widely applied in carbon steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous materials.

The purpose of the tension levelingmachine is to provide bending stress to the strip. The bending stress depends on the wrap angle formed between the work roll and the strip. The maximum wrap angle between work roll and strip of BOYA tension levellershall be larger than 30°.
