TheinstrumentisdesignedandmadeasperT0625intheIndustryStandardJTJ052SpecificationandTestMethodsforBitumenandBituminousMixturesforHighwayEngineering,andASTMD4402.Ithasaverywiderangeoffunctions.Firstofall,itissuitabletodetermineapparentviscosityofhighwayasphaltatatemperaturefrom45℃to200℃asperBrookfieldViscometerRotationMethods.Andthen,itcanbeusedtodetermineconstructiontemperatureforbituminousmixtureasperviscosity-temperaturecurve.Atlastalsoitcanbeusedtodetermineviscosityofhotmeltadhesive,oilgrease,paraffinandhighpolymer.Itcanbewidelyusedincosmetics,food,pharmaceutical,dopes,chemical,andotherindustries.
