PVC lacquer-free board is a composite plate made by PVC board with decorative film of wood pattern. The material of the film and the board is the same, which two are mixed and melt into one by three-roll calender hot pack. Therefore, the product PVC board is best ensured smoothness, beauty, non-toxicity; there is no mildew, distortion or cracking. With high durability and deformation easiness, the product can be used as a new type of decoration material.
PVC lacquer-free plate is a new type of green decoration material. The material does not contain formaldehyde. It has smooth surface, good appearance, elegant colour and comfortable feel, featured in lacquer-free, non-toxicity, non-mildew, and moisture-free. The plate does not release any volatile odour.
