Product features
The structure of flotation machine: This machine is mainly composed of bearing slurry tank, mixing device, pneumatic device, eduction mineralization bubble device, motor, etc.
1、For slurry tank: It has into the pulp, also can adjust the pulp of gate device, it is mainly composed of steel plate welded in the tub and steel plate and welding cable clip into the gate.
2、Mixing device: It is used for mixing pulp, prevent sand settled in the tub, it mainly consists of pulley, impeller, and other components of the vertical axis, the impeller is made of wear-resistant rubber.
3、Charging device : It consists of catheter intake pipe, when rotating impeller, the impeller chamber in produce negative pressure, the air through the hollow handle inhaled, and dispersion in the formation of air bubbles in the pulp, this contains a large number of bubbles pulp by leaves the rotation of the wheel force and was soon thrown to the stator, and further to make the bubbles in pulp refining, and eliminate the rotation of the pulp flow in the flotation tank movement, caused a large number of vertical rising micro bubble, provide necessary conditions for the flotation process
4、Eliminate mineralized bubbles: It is will be floating in the bubble on the surface of the slot blowing out, mainly driven by the motor reducer, gear reducer drive scraper
Operating principle:
The grinding ore while in grinding or ground water and necessary reagents by mixing tank into pulp, inject began to stir the pulp chamfer, to import the air in the pulp, which formed a large number of bubbles and some not wet by water, that is generally called the hydrophobic mineral particles in the air bubble, and with bubbles float to the surface of a pulp, mineralized bubbles formation layer, some easy to wet by water, which generally called hydrophilic mineral particles not attached on the bubble, but staying in the pulp willcontain certain minerals of mineralized bubbles, so as to achieve the aim of mineral processing.
