1、CXK系列数控立式车铣复合加工中心，是我公司自主开发的产品，是新型的多功能、高精度、高效率复合加工机床。该种机床用途广泛、工艺先进、生产高效、加工精密的工作机床，广泛应用于军工、航天、造船、核电、高速铁路等领域；
2、CXK系列数控立式车铣复合加工中心既具有一般数控立车所具备的功能，可一次装夹可完成除底面之面的所有工序的加工，包括车、铣、镗、钻、锪、攻丝等所有工序，配上双摆铣头更可以加工更为复杂的工件如叶片等各种复杂曲面。具有x、z、c三个联动数控轴为三轴联动。
3、机床主要基础件和主传动采用热对称结构,具有较高的热稳定性。
4、工作台主轴径向采用高精度双列圆柱滚子轴承定心,轴向采用大型滚珠止推轴承承载,工作台具有精密分度和铣削进给功能。
5、横梁具有分级定位功能。
6、滑枕采用高精度滚珠丝杠传动,机床配有ATC自动车铣复合刀库，刀库工位12-20位任选。
7、采用西门子840DSL系统(用户可指定其他系统)；伺服电机及伺服驱动器全部采用西门子产品。
8、所有铸件均采用HT300灰铸铁（滑枕为球铁）经人工热时效处理，高质量的加工及完善的装配工艺。所有电气件、轴承、关键零部件、液压件均选用国际名牌厂家产品。
9、 齐全的附件配置，用户只需准备刀具和量具即可马上投入生产。完善的售后服务，2年质保服务。
