Steep Angle Sidewall Conveyor Belt
Steep angle sidewall is normally used for transportation at angle up to 90 degree. It also used together with belt conveyor for horizontal & short-distance transportation. (no cleats the moment)
The belt is twice vulcanized through base belt (trough degree≤0.03), sidewall, cleat (no cleat needed when horizontal transportation).

Sidewall consists of base belt, sidewalls and cleats. There are usually transverse steel wire reinforcement inside top & bottom covers of the base belt.
