Practice of Black Sesame Muffin
Ingredients: Low gluten flour 150g;
Milk 50g;
Sugar 17g;
A half spoon of baking powder;
One egg;
Vegetable oil 30g
Accessories: Roasted black sesame 30g
1.30 grams of vegetable oil, 3 grams of salt and 17 grams of granulated sugar are mixed in a pot.
2. Sift in 150 grams of low gluten flour and half a spoon of baking powder and mix evenly.
3. add a beaten egg and stir it evenly.
4. Add 25 grams of milk and turn it into dough with a scraper.
5. Press them into thick slices with your hands and sprinkle them with black sesame.
6. Fold up and down; fold left and right again;
7. Roll thin sheets with a rolling pin; continue folding once; roll into 3 mm thick sheets;
8. Press out the small round shape with the biscuit mould and put it into the baking pan (make small square pieces with a knife without the mould);
9. Put it in the middle of the preheated 180 degree oven and set it on fire for about 20 minutes.
