Double layer black sesame paste cake
1. preparation:
• the protein is frozen in the refrigerator until thin ice appears around it (about 10min)
• mix black sesame paste and honey
• preheat oven to 170 degrees
2. Prepare the yolk paste:
Add sugar beet to the yolk and mix well in a circle
Add rapeseed oil and soymilk in turn and mix well
Sift in the low gluten powder and stir with egg pump until there is no dry powder.
3. Protein cream:
Remove the protein from the refrigerator and use the electric egg beater to whisk it at high speed
Add three bets to the beet sugar and stir until soft, fluffy and soft.
• continue to beat (or change the low speed gear of the electric eggbeater) until the sharp corner pulled by the protein cream gently bends down when lifting the egg.
Add a scraper protein cream into the yolk paste and mix well with the egg cream.

4. Make 1 / 2 cake paste into sesame flavor:
Add a scraper cake paste into the mixed sesame honey sauce and mix well
• pour in 1 / 2 of the batter and whisk lightly with a spatula
• pour sesame flavor cake paste into the mold, and then pour in the remaining original flavor cake paste
• shake the mold gently and bake in a 170 degree oven for 30min
Turn it upside down to cool the flasks immediately after discharging.
