Product Name: Isolating Agent for Polyurethane MaterialsProduct Type: 3722Product Feature:1. It is solvent type release agent.2. Mold release for rigid polyurethane foam products at mold temperature at 35-80℃.3. Film fast, high volatile, can give a good skin and mold release effect of polyurethane molding products. Scope of application:It’s used for external release of rigid polyurethane foam, semi hard foam and high rebound product.Using method:1. Thoroughly clean the mold, to remove the previous residual mold release agents and other contaminants, and wipe by chlorinated solvents or petroleum.2. Spray, brush or wipe can be used3. In a clean mold and normal processing temperature, in the first time,  spraying three times, and make each coating to be dry.4. After each release, evenly spray on the mold, in order to ensure the release effect and good surface appearance. Packing, Storage and Transport:1. 25kg or 200kg per drum.2. Transport as hazard goods, the container must be kept sealed to prevent solvent evaporation or mixed with other substances. 3. Flammable, the work place must maintain good ventilation.4. Properly use it can’t cause the damage, if need the full details, please ask us MSDS. Shelf Life:12 months
