Capacity from 10-15m3, used for vinegar mash fermented in rotatory stainless vessel,the vessel rotation can turn over the mash, give mash air and oxygen. The units are fitted with several units of rotary , spiral chasing, rotary motor, roller ring, steel frame and auto open/off door. Comparing with traditional vat it saves labor&space, improve working environment, more sanitary, so it’s an innovative product in solid vinegar fermentation.website:
