HC—ZDTY--Ⅱ Automatic De-oil line has wide scope, are suitable for puffing flake, square shape etc snack foods and beans which need to de-oil after fry. The design of this device is rational, it is with high level of automation. According to the product shapes and idiosome weight, you can adjust the time of all controller to guarantee product qualification.
HC—ZDTY--ⅡAutomatic De-oil machine through locking press button paired with controller program to make this two device linkage. Two de-oil bucket can work continuously through time setting. And this machine reduce personnel allocation, effectively guarantees the quality of the product after fry. You can set the feeding time through touch screen parameter setting, defiling time to adjust the product oil content to guarantee the product percent of pass.
