XLD Unloader
XLD unloader, also known as electric unloading valve, electric airlock, this device is dust removal equipment, conveying, ash discharge, wind lock and other equipment feeding the main equipment, suitable for powder materials, materials, and materials. The installation size of XLD unloader is consistent with that of various dust collectors and is widely used in the environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical, food, chemical and other industrial sectors.
XLD type unloader features:
XLD unloader is divided into three parts, motor, cycloid reducer and dragon-type unloading valve, there are 2 series, 22 kinds of specifications.
By adopting the principle of planetary rotation, the input and output shafts are on the same axis, and they are uniquely integrated with the motor. Therefore, the structure is compact, attractive, novel, small in size and light in weight.
The product has superior sealing performance, uniform and stable material, stable unloading operation, low noise, less failure, long service life, and high wear resistance.
Bearing, gearbox, away from the valve body, to avoid the impact of high-humidity dust, the front and rear end of the lid sealing performance is good, to prevent leakage of dust, to extend the life of the motorized parts, lubrication system.
The machine has a strong overload, impact resistance and inertial force are small, suitable for frequent starting and anyway.
