Sibai made a lot of Aluminium big panel and frames.
Sibai has been engaged in CNC machining for many years, and has made many panels and frames for aluminum electronic products and instruments. Sibai’s CNC machiningcenters can process up to a size range of 1100 x 600 mm. In addition, Sibai also uses 5-axis (3+2) machines to do the profile processings and curve side processings.
In addition to machining, Sibai does also various required surface treatments for these panels and frames, such as sandblasting + anodizing, laser marking, powder coating etc.
These panels and frames are visible appearance products. Therefore, the surface quality and surface treatment process are very demanding. For example, if a panel with a large appearance area, we need to ensure that there are no scratches on the panel, and meanwhile, when anodizing, we have to ensure the color consistency anywhere on the entire panel. It requires high standard on both CNC machining and surface treatment.
The powder coating
The powder coating is also a very big challenge finishing. Sibai has tried powder coating on aluminum panels many times. The powder coating of each batch is greatly affected by powder quality, powder quantity, temperature, and powder spraying time. It can be very challenging to ensure color consistency from batch to batch. Sibai adopts the international famous color powder brand. Sibai did many times of trying with the powder spraying factory, and repeatedly expressed the customer's requirements on the color consistency, and tried different parameters. Finally Sibai achieved the the consistency and stability on different batches.
