1, The machine use the die-cutting way instead of the traditional slotting pattern. It’s some process integrated new equipment, such as slotting, corner cutting, rolling line, side cut, etc. 2, Use imported arc-shaped serrated knife , the die-cut surface is glossy and smooth without burr. 3, The gap between rubber roller and cutter roller can be adjusted, soft roll can go up and down, pneumatic control. 4, Rubber roller adopt machanical cam slot style lateral movement structure(25mm). 5, The whole machine transmission adopts cross-shaped sliding structure, spraying type lubrication, to make the drives more smoothly, with horizontal channeling move ,and prolong the service life of gear 6, Die-cutting phase electric adjustment, and indicator is displayed.
