vmc650 High Precision Metal CNC Vertical Machine Center
Standard configuration ( China factory Siemens controller vertical machine tool center with 24-arm ATC vmc650 high-precision metal CNC vertical machine tool center ) : Casting: HT300 resin sand wear-resistant casting with high density and good wear resistance! The saddle adopts double layer Cast structure, large A-shaped column structure shows high rigidity cutting ability.
Spindle: The standard is a high-speed BT40-150 belt-driven Taiwanese spindle - 8000 rpm; optional is 10000/12000/15000 rpm. It has a simple and compact structure, high efficiency, low noise, small vibration, high precision and good surface finish.
Screws : Hardened guide rails are standard, Taiwan Hiwin linear guides are optional. The lead screw adopts imported JIS-C3 grinding grade pre-stretched nut screw, which eliminates backlash. After heat treatment, it has good rigidity and wear resistance, ensuring high precision of operation.
