PVC Semi-skinning foam board production line
The production line are based on the properties of free foaming and crust foaming; the production line is developed from the mixing of free foaming machinery extrusion and crust foaming sizing machinery. It has good product quality which combines the flatness of crust foaming and low density of free foaming equipments; the surface hardness of board is between the one of skinning foaming process and the one of free foaming process. In addition, the investment cost of the equipments is also low, which is near the level of free foaming machine and good for market promotion. The products are widely used in transportation: boats, planes, buses, railroad cars, roof, compartment core layer, interior decorative panels.Construction and decoration industry: external wall board of building, interior decorative panel, residential space, office, public building compartment, commercial decorative bracket, dustless room indoor board, ceiling board, kitchenware and sanitary ware.
