RIDER Method Single Fiber Friction Tester

Meet the standard:

JIS L1015 (Chemical fiber binding test method), JIS L 1095 (General yarn test method)/friction coefficient

Purpose:

This instrument is designed to efficiently and accurately measure the friction coefficient specified in JIS L 1015 (prescribed test method for chemical fibers) and JIS L 1095 (General test method for yarns)。 Compared to traditional torsional balance testing machines, it is not only simple to operate and accurate data, but also can obtain accurate repeatable data outside of sample production, regardless of whether the operator is experienced. In addition, the specially developed data processing system can automatically calculate the friction coefficient.

Features:

1. The accuracy of friction resistance data is maintained at 0.1mg, and the data will not cause errors due to different surveyors.

2. Due to the use of a dedicated load measuring device with a maximum value of 100.000mg (commonly used 100mg), it has excellent durability and reproducibility compared with previous coordination and balancing machines, and it is also very simple to use, and "automatic zero operation" can be achieved at the press of a button.

3. The up and down movement of the load measuring part can be achieved with a special motor.
