AC/DC Current - Carrying Temperature - Rise and Voltage - Drop Test System for Automotive Wires-QINSUN

Application Scope:

1. Record the temperature change of conductors in connectors under a certain current.

2. Record the magnitude of the current passing through conductors in connectors at the set conductor temperature.

3. Record the changes in voltage drop.

4. Have a cyclic testing function.

Test Standards:

Test requirements such as JASO D609: 2001. QC/T29106. QC/T 1067.1. QC/T417.1. TICW15. etc.

Main Parameters:

1) Input voltage: AC380V ±10%, 50Hz.

2) Types of load power supplies: DC: switching power supply; AC: AC constant - current source.

3) Operating current: AC: 1000A, open - circuit voltage: maximum 10V; DC: 10 - 1000A, open - circuit voltage: maximum output voltage 10V.

4) Current output mode: Set by computer.

5) Ammeter accuracy: ±1% + 3 digits.

6) DC voltage drop: One range is 0.01mV - 199.99mV, and another is 0.1mV - 1999.9mV.

7) Timing range: 0 - 9999.99H/M/S. When the timing is up, the current can be automatically cut off.

8) Eight - channel test temperature meters are standard - equipped, which can display and record in real - time the temperature values of T1C, T2c, T3C, T1s and the ambient temperature (Thermocouple type: T - type 30AWG thermocouple).

9) Temperature control and monitoring of the constant - temperature chamber.
