Fabric Down-Proof Impact Tester (Impact Method)
Introduction
The first sample is made of bags which built a certain quality of the down. The sample bag is placed on the slope, and the impact needle fixed to the movable plate is reciprocated with the movable plate, and the specimen is subjected to compression shock at the same time. Repeat the operation to a certain number of shocks to stop the test.

Applications
The instrument uses the impact method to determine the fabric anti-drilling performance, suitable for testing all kinds of down products, such as duvets, down jacket and so on.
The fabric to be measured is made into a cylindrical bag containing feathers, feathers or a mixture thereof.

Features
i.Steel frame structure is firm and stable;
ii.The impact equipment consists of two plates. One is a fixed plate whose center fixes a impact pin. The other is the movable board, which fixes three impact pins;
iii.The lower impact plate has three fixed-mounted impactors with an angle of 120 ° and a distance of 95 mm. Impact rod length of 80mm, diameter of 15mm, the top is round;
iv.The impact frequency of the movable plate was controlled by 35 times / min using a crank joystick mechanism;
v.The counter has a preset number of revolutions and full turn stop function.
