Use
This machine tests various types of insulated shoes electrical performance test method, the power frequency voltage value is applied to the inner and outer electrodes of the shoes (boots), and the test shoes (boots) are not broken down during the specified test time. The value (mA) indicated by the meter is the leakage current value, and the value (kV) indicated by the voltmeter is the withstand voltage value.
