Flame retardant testing machine
Flame Retardant Tester is designed for testing plastic runway surface layers, featuring precise dimensions (650mm x 500mm x 840mm) and a reliable ignition system with a 25mm diameter thincotton disc. It operates on AC22ov 30w power supply and uses 96% industrial alcohol as the combustion medium. Backed by a 1-year warranty and customizable via OEM, ODM, or OBM support, this tester ensures quality through rigorous pre-production and final shipment inspections.

1. Dimensions: Length 650mm depth 500mm height 840mm
2. Come with a fume hood and connect the smoke exhaust pipe with a diameter of 80mm
3. The fume hood and internal material are brushed stainless steel
4. Ignition material: thin cotton disc with diameter of 425mm
5. Combustion medium: 96% industrial alcohol
6. Power supply :AC220V 30W
7. Style requirements: The style should be cut from different positions of the test object, the style specification is 100mmx100mm, and each test should generally measure 5 styles
8. The pre-test pattern should be placed in the test environment for more than 48 hours
