1. Product Function and Application
The Automatic Positioning Gantry Universal Testing Machine (UTM) provides automated 4-axis control for tension and compression testing of materials such as foams, polymers, textiles, and automotive interior components. Using proprietary software, it enables programmable sequential positioning and precise force/displacement measurement, supporting industry-standard testing methods.
The system automatically calculates Support Factor and Ultimate Elongation per ASTM D3574-11, ensuring accurate and repeatable data for foam and flexible material analysis.
